"I had heard about Lynne Feingold's Leadership and Dance seminar for awhile, but there is nothing like experiencing it.

The seminar and the dance demonstration make rock solid principles of leadership come alive in a visible and experiential fashion.

Totally grounded learning that will stick in the mind and in practice.

A fresh way to get managers to look up and listen up in a world of many same-old, same-old seminars.

Stories in Motion: The Leader's Dance
Where Ballroom Dancing Meets Leadership

Presented by: Lynne Feingold in partnership with Path Forward International

Lynne Feingold has the rare combination of being both creative and practical. One of her innovative techniques is taking ballroom dance to the corporate world and using it as a metaphor for leadership success stories. In no time, Stories in Motion: The Leader's Dance has participants discovering and embodying the secrets of successful and transformational leadership.

This model of Embodied Leadership is both a fun and powerful method for experiencing why and how people need to bring their whole selves to work – the body, the heart, and the mind. Using professional dancers to illustrate the dance of leadership, stories emerge that spark the emotional commitment of purpose and heart, while the principles of leadership engage the mind. Only through integration and awareness of all three parts of our selves can leadership that is conscious, creative and compelling emerge.

Through this workshop, participants will:

  • Discover habitual stories of leadership while creating openings for new stories to emerge
  • Explore the inner choreography of the organization's dance – the core of all positive change
  • Make leadership conscious, creative, and compelling
