Finding ideas of value and value in ideas
The first step in starting a business, and one where many aspiring entrepreneurs get stuck, is identifying that perfect idea. Some people have trouble coming up with valuable ideas while other suffer from Shiny Penny Hell(TM)... that moment when the many great ideas you have paralyze you into in-action.
In this interactive workshop , which can be customized to tease at an hour or two, or really engage in a full day, participants will walk through proven processes to unlock the creativity within to come up with potential business ideas – to get the Shiny Penny Hell. They will also begin to explore the process of evaluating ideas to recognize the ones of real value.
This workshop applies to anyone for whom being more innovative would be helpful: current or aspiring business owners as well as intrapreneurs working for someone else. Julie grew her IT company to multi-millions in revenues while raising her two young children. What she found along the way was that the word 'balance' is deceiving.
